Michael, a successful businessman, inherits his family's pencil factory. Back in his hometown, he discovers the factory as the heart of the community. With the help of CFO Charlie, he fights against financial problems and personal issues to save the factory. Together with the local population, he works against the clock to save the company by Christmas. Michael reconsiders his values and puts everything on the line for the factory.
