However, it soon becomes apparent that the dog requires some training. Edmond enlists the help of Cecily, a canine behavior therapist. She takes on the challenge with both hands, but insists that Edmond participates in the training sessions. As they work together to prepare the dog for the annual Christmas ball, they grow closer to each other.
