Granddaughter Nicole Cabella has just taken over the helm from her grandfather, but her happiness is soon disturbed when company lawyer Jake Brandini returns to his hometown. He notices that Nicole plans to build on the Brandini family estate and he takes her to court. Instead of a lawsuit, the judge comes up with an unusual solution: the winner of the annual Sunset Valley Olive Oil Competition also wins the land.
